The ideal balance of power, control and weight, the Ultimates are the choice of pro crossers across the globe. They offer an open design that clears mud quickly while also dishing out serious stopping power and modulation. Just a twist of the in-line cable adjustment knob lets you dial in cable tension, and you can choose between a wide or narrow stance for increased mud clearance or power. And, the Shorty uses standard road cartridge pads for easy maintenance.

With a stiff, one-piece, co-molded design, Box Three™ Air Flow Brake Shoes provide the excellent stopping power and are the perfect choice for your next build. They include two-tone, dual-compound pads that feature a unique finned design that helps improve airflow. Pivoting posts aid installation and make toe-in adjustments simple and easy.

The Box One Cassette Spacer Kit is extruded and CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and features a super lightweight minimalist design. Packaged in 4-piece kits which provide 1 to 10 millimeters of spacing adjustment to dial in that chain line. The Box Four Wide/Narrow chainring completes that package for the 1x8 system. It is the first 8-speed specific chainring designed to optimize chain retention when using 8-speed chains. The tooth profile and thicknesses are tailored to match the inside geometry of the unique Box Four chain. Box One Linear Brake Cable Kits are among the most advanced BMX brake cables on the market. The custom Concentric housing includes aramid fiber-wrapped aluminum/steel linear wires for the best combination of strength and low weight. The inner Nano Cable wires are treated with a PTFE coating that reduces friction and boosts braking performance. Our anodized aluminum Kollars ferrules further reduce cable drag. Each cable kit includes 79 inches of Concentric Linear housing, a black PTFE-coated Nano Cable, four alloy Kollars ferrules and one color-matched and one black alloy cable end caps. Available in chrome, 14K gold, red, blue and black with alloy Kollars ferrules and end caps.

Box One 7075 Alloy Chainring bolt kits include five 8.5-mm front bolts, five 6-mm front bolts, and five 5-mm rear nuts, so they will fit just about any chainring/crank combination, including those with threaded holes.

Box One Single-Speed Aluminum Cogs are 7075-T6 aluminum alloy. It's designed to fit Shimano compatible cassette hubs and has a 5mm wide inner base, giving a more solid interface with the cassette body. The alloy cogs are anodized black with laser-etched graphics. The Box Two Front Top is a modern 1-1/8 inch by 22.2mm stem designed specifically for BMX racing. Box Two Top Load stem bodies are cold-forged and CNC-machined from the highest quality 6061-T6 aluminum. Made in the US from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, Box Two Chainrings are round and true. They fit 104 BCD four-bolt cranks and are available in black anodized with laser-etched graphics from 38 to 45-teeth.

All Box headsets are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. As we follow the load paths down the handlebars, through the stem-to-bar interface, we arrive at the headset focal point. Since any steering stiffness can easily be lost to headset play, we have concentrated our attention on manufacturing tolerances and quality of materials for the bearing, CNC bearing cover, and crown race. Now that this junction is steadfast you can rest assured that your cockpit’s steering stiffness will transfer onto the fork. When combined with Box’s other Oversized components, you’ll experience heightened responsiveness and reduced latency. Key differences: In this particular model headset we’ve gone to a 1.5” bottom race to fill a tapered head tube. This mates with our oversized X5 carbon fork. All Box handlebars are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. Handlebars have a dual purpose as they contribute to both steering and pedaling stiffness. By strategically varying wall thicknesses and tube diameters, we have moved material from 3 low-stress areas to zones of high load. This has greatly minimized twists and contributed to responsiveness. Concurrently we have increased pedaling stiffness by providing a backstop to the “lifting” phenomenon. There is no point pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t pull up on your handlebars and deliver that power. Power can easily be lost to handlebar deflection and the consequences can lead to poor power delivery and steering control. When combined with Box’s other Oversized components, you’ll experience heightened responsiveness and reduced latency. Key differences: This particular model handlebar is tailored for medium-sized racers so we decided to use hardened aluminum alloy to reduce unnecessary mass.
