In 1979 artist Damian Fulton began drawing what is now the most iconic cartoon in BMX; Radical Rick. Along with characters like MX Mug, Spike Speedwrench and the infamous Skuzzer Switchblade, Radical Rick grew into one of BMX's most historical figures through the pages of BMX Plus! magazine. Over the course of the last year, we collaborated with Fulton to bring his art to life through these Radical Rick-themed 24", 26" and 29" models. The Beasley kids model is made of 6000 series alloy in a low frame stand-over height and is available in either 24" or 26" wheel sizes (see Beasley 26). The 2021 Flightline One 27.5 model features a brand new X6 series alloy frame design with internal cable routing and an HL suspension fork with 80mm of travel to smooth out all the bumps. The FL One 27.5 model features alloy double-wall rims fitted with a Shimano cassette rear hub, and 2.2" wide tires with a multi-surface tread pattern. For 2021, we have switched to 27.5" wheels as the main wheel size on the FL One models.
